Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Who We Are
This website is operated for LinkZ Sports by Linkzone Group, which includes Linkzone Group LLC (Rockwall, Texas, United States) and Linkzone Services Pvt. Ltd. (Kingston, Ontario, Canada). In this policy, "Linkzone Group," "LinkZ," "we," "us" and "our" refer to these entities as applicable to the relevant inquiry or relationship.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry through our website, we may collect information you choose to provide, including:
- name and contact information, including email address and phone number;
- company, organization, school, club, team or other affiliation;
- country, market, state or province;
- product interests, estimated quantities, timing, delivery locations and customization needs; and
- the content of your inquiry and any follow-up correspondence.
Our hosting infrastructure may also process limited technical information necessary to deliver, protect and operate the website.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- review, route and respond to inquiries;
- evaluate product, retail, distribution, organizational or commercial opportunities;
- communicate about requested products, programs or services;
- maintain appropriate business records; and
- protect the website, our systems and our legal or commercial interests.
We do not currently collect email addresses through this website for newsletters or general promotional mailing lists.
4. Lawful Bases for Processing
Where UK or other applicable data-protection law requires us to identify a lawful basis, we generally rely on one or more of the following:
- Steps requested before entering into a contract or performance of a contract, where you ask us to provide information, evaluate a requirement, prepare a commercial response or take another step connected with a potential or existing business relationship.
- Legitimate interests, including responding to business inquiries, developing and managing commercial relationships, operating and securing the website, preventing misuse, maintaining appropriate business records and protecting our legal or commercial interests.
- Legal obligations, where processing is necessary for us to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order or lawful authority.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether the processing is necessary and proportionate and whether your interests, rights or freedoms override those interests.
5. Website Inquiry Delivery and Storage
Website inquiry submissions are transmitted through our website application using Zoho email services and delivered to authorized Linkzone Group recipients. We do not currently store website inquiry submissions in a separate website database.
6. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We may provide personal information to service providers that help us operate the website and business communications, including Hostinger for website hosting and Zoho for email delivery and storage. These providers process information on our behalf or as necessary to provide their services.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities or other parties where reasonably necessary to protect rights, comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or support a transaction or dispute.
7. International Processing and Transfers
Linkzone Group operates in the United States and Canada and uses service providers that may process personal information in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and other jurisdictions. Personal information may therefore be processed outside the country where you are located and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use or rely on recognized transfer mechanisms made available under applicable law and by our service providers, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and UK international data-transfer safeguards.
8. Retention
Website inquiry emails are generally retained for up to 24 months. We may retain records longer when they become part of an active commercial relationship, contract, transaction, tax record, dispute, legal matter or other business record for which a longer retention period is reasonably required.
9. Cookies and Analytics
We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or other non-essential analytics tools on this website. Essential technical mechanisms may be used where necessary to operate, secure or deliver the site. If our use of analytics or cookies changes materially, we will update this policy and implement any consent mechanism required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and inquiry forms are intended for adults, parents or guardians, and organizational or business contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website forms. Parents or guardians may contact us on behalf of a child where appropriate.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights in relation to your personal information. These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to certain processing. Some rights are subject to conditions, exemptions or limitations under applicable law.
If we rely on consent for a specific use, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may have the right to object to that processing.
To exercise a privacy right or ask a privacy question, email privacy@linkzonegroup.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
12. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle personal information, we encourage you to contact us first at privacy@linkzonegroup.com so we can review the issue.
If you are located in the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Individuals in other jurisdictions may have the right to complain to the applicable privacy or data-protection regulator.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through the website. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our website may link to retailers, marketplaces and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
